My dr wrote a script for tylenol (acetaminophen) 3 for knee pain from arthritis and it said 1 -2tabs as needed can i take 2 at a time if i'm hurting bad in my knee.

Knee pain: You can however it would be preferable for you to treat with non narcotic medicines which treat the cause. Ie,. For inflammation ,treat with an Nsaid such as voltaren or Lodine (etodolac) or day pro .etc.
