Not likely: Acetaminophen though good for pain including that of arthritis, is not that effective for restless legs syndrome (rls). In general, dopaminergics, such as Requip ; neupro, (rotigotine) opiates, benzodiazepines, and antiepileptics are used to treat rls. It may be a condition that can mimic rls, thus consulting a sleep medicine specialist to review your history thoroughly is recommended. Hope that helps!
