Probably not: It is a pap test on breast cells. If it comes back positive it does not necessarily mean cancer but you should have a mammogram and ultrasound. At 39 i probably would have gone that route anyway! it is not uncommon to still be able to make milk 2 or so years after breast feeding. I would not worry, just be patient and not cross bridges you may never come to!

HALO: Halo test has not been proven....Mammogram is still the standard. Milkish nipple discharge with manipulation is normal finding. Spontaneous nipple discharge, fluid comes out on its own without stimulation, massage or aspiration, is of concern. If there is any question, see a breast specialist.
