Breast exam time: This may be normal but it could be a sign of something going on in your ductal system within the breast. Monthly breast self checks and yearly breast examination by your doctor are an important part of breast cancer screening. I recommend an appointment with your doctor to have this evaluated.

No: This is called "galactorrhea, " and can be caused by many things: hormonal imbalances, medication side-effects, chest-wall trauma or scarring, etc. It is important to get some basic blood work done -- sometimes the cause can be an undiagnosed hypothyroid condition.
