A member asked:

Quit nursing 2.5 years ago. thick, yellow discharge still present on the breast my son nursed off. is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It may be old milk: It may be old milk being discharged inappropriately. See your MD and have a prolactin blood test run to see if there is a pituitary tiny growth that is causing this problem. It is readily treatable by medication if it is present.
