Several possibilitie: Possibilities include:1) persisting stimulation (tell your partner to leave them alone) 2) certain hormones: the mini-pill, progesterone-only birth control or depo-provera. Switch birth control 3) stimulation from clothing, use a nursing pad under the bra 4) you can have an excess of certain hormones such as prolactin. That can be evaluated by your doctor with specific blood tests.

Depends: It could be idiopathic, meaning there is no disorder per se, it just happens and is a nuisance. Or it could be due to a pituitary disorder. A blood test called prolactin can be helpful.
