Depression: Primary problem, pain, depression, withdrawal, chronic disease and narcotics can cause the problems you described. Talk to your doctor and psychiatrist.

See your doctor: These symptoms sound like withdrawal symptoms. The other possibility is depression. Please see your doctor for evaluation.
