Yes: One can experience more of drowsiness/lethargy than fatigue and depending on the dose of hydrocodone that one has taken. The symptoms will also depend on whether or not one has been on the medication for any length of time. Thus if one has just started taking the medication, there is likely hood of symptoms but these should pass with time if one stays on the medication.
