Stop: You should stop the omega-3 immediately which will likely prove to you that the omega-3 is not the cause. Meanwhile, you should make an appointment with an ear, nose & throat doctor. You likely have acute labyrthitis or a variant thereof. It may have to run its course. Antivert (meclizine) may help. Hope you feel better!
