I had a severe vertigo attack about 4 months ago (while flying) which was the result of labyrinthitis. i am now in therapy and it is helping with the imbalance but i suffer now from constant swimming in my head. could this be a result of veritgo?

Often full recovery may take a few months, and this event may have left you with some otolithic dysfunction. Alternatively, this may have been the initial onset of Meniere's disease. A videonystagmogram will help objectify the symptoms. Vestibular rehab measures should continue.
