I had a severe vertigo attack about 4 months ago (while flying) which was the result of labyrinthitis. i am now in therapy and it is helping with the imbalance but i suffer now from constant swimming in my head. could this be a result of veritgo?

Often full recovery may take a few months, and this event may have left you with some otolithic dysfunction. Alternatively, this may have been the initial onset of Meniere's disease. A videonystagmogram will help objectify the symptoms. Vestibular rehab measures should continue.

Went to vertigo therapy and the pulling of my neck helped with the heaviness in the middle of my head and the tingling and helped out with my vescrlae (inner ear) problem what can be going on if that head pull helped?
What if you have a dx of peripheral vestibular dysfunction, yet on what of the ENT notes says Vertigo central in origin. Have had every test known under the sun, only indication is a caloric reduction in the right inner ear and am in vision therapy?
