See a Dr. asap: Three weeks is long enough for experiencing these symptoms. Your problems can stem from many triggers- ear problem, sinus, tmj/tmd, etc. Get into a dr. Or an emergency clinic and try and get some answers.

Exam advised: Vertigo, headache and blurry vision of 3 weeks duration warrants an evaluation by a neurologist or otolaryngologist. Vertigo and balance problem could be due to an inner ear disorder and headache may stem from a cerebellar problem.
