Inner ear: The commonest cause would be an inner ear disorder and I recommend an evaluation by an otolaryngologist who specializes in vertigo and inner ear disorders and who performs maneuvers to correct them. This speciaiist will refer you to a neurologist if it is deemed advisable and not a classic inner ear problem.
