Back to dentist: You need to be seen and re-examined urgently. It might be of value to go to an ER if you are not being seen by an oral surgeon. Don't wait on this. It could be very serious. Best wishes for a successful outcome.

Not normal: Get to an oral surgeon or hospital emergency room ASAP. Part of the problem may be an adverse reaction to the antibiotic in addition to the infection around your wisdom tooth.
