A member asked:

I have brief near-syncope since last sept. in feb my l ear began to ring louder and i have hearing loss. i now have constant severe vertigo. i have been seen and treated by ent and have an mri on mon. if i have a tumor how quickly will things move?

Vertigo/hearing loss: You should first see what the MRI shows. There may not be a tumor there after all. If there is a tumor, what happens next depends on what kind of tumor it is. That is best discussed with the ENT.
