Im 24 weeks preg. i did the glucose tolerance test: 75g of glucose, test after two hours 132mg/dl. should i worry? what should i do to reduce it?

Normal: You did a screening test with 75g of glucose. A result under 140 is considered normal. If it was above 140 you would have had a full glucose tolerance test with 100 gm. You do not need to worry.
