Tests: Anemia is taxing to the system suggest nutritional deficiency or blood loss. Gestational diabetes a consideration that can affect both mother and child. Your obstetrition doctor will guide you though this remember after child is born need to be retested for diabetes. Approx 80% gestational diabetics are just diabetic.

What did you OB SAY: Your OB should be working closely with you because 7.1 is low and if it is from iron deficiency and not something else you may need im or IV iron and ayou may need referral to a hematolgist, so call your OB to see what your OB plans to do, 135 is not too high normal up to 130 so your 3 hr test may be normal, but u have to do it to prove it, your low hb is more seriossince u lose blood at delivery.
