Not normal: Pulmonary artery pressures reflect the tone and consequently the thickening of the pulm arterial blood vessels. How thickened these vessels are will determine how easy it is for oxygen to diffuse from the air sacs (alveoli) and into the pulm blood vessels (to oxygenate). Pah can thus lead to dyspnea and ultimately right heart failure. See doc. Rule out lung issues which can contribute to pah.
