Echo showed rvsp 36. ivc dilated at 2.4cm and decreased more than 50% w inspiration. everything else was normal and the cardiologist reading it listed everything as normal in the conclusion. pcp said everything good but should i be concerned?

You don't.mention the reason for having the echocardiogram or if you're experiencing any symptoms. Your values seem pretty normal to me. The 50% decrease of the IVC on inspiration is appropriate as it wouldn't decrease appropriately in the presence of congestive heart failure.
