I have pacs and pvcs. why are my ectopics more frequent on some days but not others? ive been cleared by my cardiologist and echo shows a structurally normal heart. i just cant help but thinking the days they are more frequent something is wrong?

Anxiety-related: You are probably one of the many young people, whose neurotic state (anxiety/stress) is reflected in this type of disturbed heat rhythm (ever thought why people associate emotions like love, hate, excitement with their hearts? this is it!). The actual heart muscle in those situations is, like yours, normal and the disturbance is probably more noticeable in more stressful days
