have sore throat, cold, eye irritation. palm is alone hot. tired n have head ache. but have no fever. what is the prob?

You are ill: This is something that immediately tells me you should be at the doctor's office not on line. You are ill. You have an infection. You need to be evaluated and treated. The head ache is the most worrisome part of your symptoms.
