I have a slight sore throat that doesnt hurt when i swallow but i experience a sharp pain randomly when i move my head and neck! i dont have a fever, nor any cold or flu symptoms other than an occasional runny nose and watery eyes! maybe i ate hard?

Cold or allergies: monitor your temperature, drink fluids and rest. Try nasal saline spray and an antihistamine. Watch for signs of infection and distress.
