my son has had a fever for 3 days. sore head, swollen glands, sore to swallow, sore tummy. no rash. tired otherwise no other symptoms. neck flexible?

Strep ?: This could be a simple self healing virus or strep that could evolve into rheumatic fever. The only way to decide is strep testing.
