Lastweek i had a sore throat for a day and followed by diarhea after i used hot lemon juice water. i have a slight fever and lastnight while doing my work at policestation i experienced very sore eyes and head ache.can this be connected to covid19?

Not likely: Your symptoms are fairly non-specific and do not suggest Covid. Look out for fever (>100.4), cough, shortness of breath).
