Pls clarify/depends,: If these lymph nodes are near your breast/axilla, it might be related to your breast pain and discharge, and so you could have an infection that is extensive. An infection of your breast might be superimposed on an underlying malignancy. Either way, you would be smart to see your doctor asap to treat the possible infection and rule out malignancy with an aspiration of the lymph nodes, etc.
