Go see a blood speci: A blood specialist(hematologist) or oncologist can guide you best. You have anemia(hb of 9.4gm) which along with enlarged lymph nodes raises possibility of some serious problem in your system which will require further testing to find the caus eof your illness. I would not delay seeing a good doctor right away.
