It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may have an infection in your mouth, including teeth and it would be prudent to see your doctor or dentist. You may watch and wait - You may feel the nodes every day, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, see doctor.
