Swollen lymph node right side of pelvic area. doesnt hurt when i push on it but it feels a bit hard. im really worried about it as im not sure whats causing it. its been there for a few days. hasnt grown or anything, half the size of a pea?

Watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
