Have heart checked: If chest x-ray normal, at age 22, heart problem is not common but should be addressed.. Anxiety can give similar symptoms, as can asthma, or side effects of some medications.

Need further tests: There could be issues like arrhythmia thyroid problems that need further testing for definitive diagnosis .May be component of anxiety if all labs, are negative .Please have thyroid check up and possibly a 24 hour holter monitoring could be also helpful
