A chest image and D Dimer is recommended, if not already completed. COVID 19 screening is also suggested. Post COVID 19 infection, shortness of breath and fatigue are relatively common. A blood test for anemia and hematologic disorders may also be considered. Please have a full evaluation with your PCP or with the ED if in distress.

I agree with the above statement; To add to the above, i would check a BNP and echocardiogram to check for CHF or valvular heart disease. Also, if there a history of anxiety, that can cause feelings of sob. There can also be mechanical issues, like sleep apnea which can lead to progressive sob.
