Yes: If you have one normal tube your fertility rate will be equal to having two tubes. But you clearly had one abnormal fallopian tube, causing your tubal pregnancy, so there is a chance your remaining tube is abnormal as well. Notwithstanding, ivf can always get you a baby if you cannot achieve spontaneous pregnancy.
