More than 5 weeks after ectopic, one tube removed, the other tube checked patency, still have pain on both sides occasionally, is it normal? when to try to conceive again?

Can't say: Some "aches and pains" 5 weeks after surgery are probably normal, but most women should be feeling mostly recovered. I suggest you contact your doctor promptly if it's more than minimal pain. Good wishes.
