Below: It would be best to ask the DR who did the operation. They have first hand knowledge of the appearance of the tube, and the surrounding tissue.

No need to worry now: If you have no abdominal/pelvic pain and no fever, the swelling of your left tube will probably resolve spontaneously unless an infection was known or diagnosed. Since the cause of ectopic pregnancy is usually unclear although often attributed to a tubal anomaly, malfunction or infection, you are at risk for another ectopic and will need to have an early pelvic sonogram once you get pregnant again
