Temporary: It usually would go away quickly. If it does not go away quickly, it may take a while but it still should go away.

Hard to know: If there was nothing wrong with your middle ear, and sinuses this is likely to be reversible. But if it continues over time, see an ENT doctor and get this evaluated. Hope this clears up soon.
