Hi i have been suffering from chronic forgetfulness to the point the i do not even remember any multiplication tables, today i am feeling severe headache and dizziness, is it possible that i have been suffering from neurodegeration?

Not feasible to be precise, but several causes could be considered: lack of sleep, emotional problems such as depression, use of recreational drugs, complex migraine headaches (episodes of dysphrenia hemicrania transitoria), prescription medication side effects, vitamin deficiencies (espec. B-12), and many others. See your physician and commence a basic evaluation.
