Dizziness is a difficult symptom to understand. It can be vertigo, lightheadedness, or just feeling unwell. More details are needed. You can try telemedicine but much better see a doctor in person

Your symptom is not associated with change in systemic blood pressure so vertigo is likely the cause. You should see an ENT doctor for a thorough evaluation.
