Hypoglycemia: If oj helps with dizziness and light headedness you probably have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) causing these symptoms - best way to check would be check your blood sugar during symptoms. Would recommend snacks in between meals.

See your doctor: You may be anemic from heavy bleeding due to the fibroids. You may also have diabetes.
