Gastroenteritis: You have an acute gastrointestinal infection and need to be seen by a doctor unless this lets up very quickly. The fever is particularly disturbing, since most viral infections of this nature will not produce fever, nor will most bacterial toxins like clostridium perfringens, staph aureus, etc. Go and get seen.
