Need to examine: You asked the question three hours ago, if the pain is still there and just as severe, you should go the emergency department of the nearest hospital. It is not feasible to give a meaningful opinion without examining you, but shingles is a possibility.

More history: Did you fm have any trauma? Most likely musculoskeletal pain. Try to rest and change position see if this helps.
