See MD ASAP: It's probably an infection of some sort, perhaps a rather severe one. However, there must be a hundred or more different infections and other medical conditions that cause such symptoms and there's no way to guess at the cause in your case. But this could be quite dangerous: with a fever that high, see a doctor immediately. Good luck!
