You need: to have this evaluated ASAP! Bright red blood can be a symptom of a number of conditions benign and more serious!!! Dizzyness may mean that the bleeding itself is becoming symptomatic. Get this checked out ER or WALK IN UNIT is appropriate! Good Luck/Hope this helps! Dr Z
