A member asked:

Will i need soups for part of healthy weight loss plan?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes, it: You eat fewer total calories than you burn off. It's 3500 calories to the pound. Soups don't have much fiber or other nutrition, however, and can contain a lot of salt, which may not be good for you. Check w/a dietitian and eat a well-balanced diet plus exercise.
