Can having fasting blood sugar of 102 mg be healthy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends upon: Your definition of "healthy". It is only slightly above normal and in the prediabetes range. You need education, diet, exercise, weight loss, monitoring, and see your doctor to find out of they want to begin you on medication or wait to see if it worsens.
