A member asked:

I lost 65lbs last year dieting and exercising. since october of last year i weigh the same. i am not dieting or exercising. does this seem worrisome?

It depends: It's not surprising that u are not losing weight if not dieting or exercising. Is it worrisome? If you are seriously overweight, then yes, it's worrisome. Obesity is a contributing factor to many serious illnesses, including heart disease, diabetes, back and knee problems etc. The longer u spend being obese, the more serious the health risk. Losing 65 pounds is a great accomplishment. Keep at it!
