No way: Don't go that route. Your exercise is building muscle which weighs more than fat and is a calorie burner. Weight reduction alone is not the best measure if success. Check if your stamina for exercise has improved, can you do longer walks or runs? Have you done weight or resistance exercise? Do you feel stronger and healthier? Is you overall spirits better? Do you look forward to your workouts?
