Weight loss diets: 2/3 of our country is overweight or obese. There are 100's of diets, and they all work. The problems is that people come in different shapes, sizes, colors, ages, sexes, metabolic rates, and diet and exercise habits. The problem is finding the right strategy that works for you. This is best done under the direction of a physician and/or a dietician.
