No : Full blood cell count is a screen for general health (not specifically for cancer). Random screening for cancer is not necessary for a healthy young individual with no reason to suspect something specific. In individuals already diagnosed with advanced cancer, the blood count will reflect a poor state of health (anemia or low counts)
