My nose have been very dry, and when i blow it or pick it, it has blood. it is because of the cold weather? and just now, when i spat out my phlegm, it was dark red... never had it before, this is the first time. is it a sign of cancer? hope not!

Nasal bleed: If you are otherwise well and have a history of nasal bleeding, the source is most likely from the nasal passages. If it recurs or persists, please have a chest imaging study and TB test.
