Yes: If you had the filler injected a year ago it is probably gone. If it was more recent it depends on the filler. Hyaluronic acid products can be dissolved. Radiesse (dermal fillers) would have to dissolve on its own.

Rhino after filler: Rhinoplasty can be safely performed after you have received a nonsurgical rhinoplasty with dermal fillers. With radiesse, it's better to allow most of it to be absorbed by the body before proceeding, so your surgeon can accurately assess your nose before surgery. With hyaluronic acids, such as restylane, it can be quickly dissolved with hyaluronidase at any time.
