1 month after tertiary revision rhinoplasty my nose looks grotesque and freakish with bridge side wall dent can i get a filler soon. looks scarey . it will be difficult to live like this a year .

Consult: You should consult the plastic surgeon you've been working with, on this one. S/he knows what was specifically done and is much more familiar with your results than any of us on healthtap are. Best wishes.

Concerned: Concerning that you've have 3 rhinos at 31. As you've seen, rhinoplasty can be tricky and each additional procedure becomes moreso. It's hard w/o pics but you're level of worry concerns me. I would not have any more surgery for 9-12 mos. Fillers are not likely the answer. Be patient: One month is very early after a third rhinoplasty. Relax, be patient and speak to your surgeon.
