Difficult: It depends on how hard you were hit, where you were hit, and the type of filler used to some extent. However, it would be difficult to move the filler from one strike to the nose. Overall, i would say you have little worries.

Unlikely: Temporary injectable fillers tend to stay where they are placed. It would likely take a very precise blow to the area of filler in the early period to cause a change. You should examine your nose and return to your injector if you have any concerns. If it was an ha compound, the good thing would be that these products can be dissolved if they are significantly displaced.
